PSYCHEDELIC
RECORDS based in Los Angeles, California USA releases Rock, Pop, R&B,
and Electronic Music (in the styles of
Dance, Psy-Trance, Epic Trance, House, GOA, and Chill.)
The
label was launched in early 2000 and distribution was granted by Wirikuta
for Europe and Saiko Sounds for Japan. The label employs 3 music veterans
that come from major label backgrounds with many years of combined
experience and have the know how to take the label to new dimensions
in a very short time. Their first release from Los Angeles-based Electro
Illusion entitled “Project X”.......
The tracks from "Project X" were featured in the
Australian TV show "Big Brother".
.......followed by an EP vinyl of "Comfortably Numb" which
included
the song "Electro Illusion"
on the B-side.......
The
song "Electroillusion"
was featured on the
TV version of "Walking Tall" starring The Rock
which aired on CBS in 2006.
In
2005 Psychedelic released the "Pepper MaShay and the ElectroiIllusion"
single "Beauty Shop - The Remixes"
with some amazing remixes by Infinite Beat, DJ Blaine meets Hefty
Lefty, DJ Nineteen69, Kevin Michael, Pure Elevation, and more.
The song "Beauty Shop" was featured on the MGM DVD
"Beauty Shop" starring Queen Latifah.

The song "A Little Closer"
from the above forth-coming album "Pepper MaShay and the Electroillusion"
won 1st place in the Dance / Electronic category of the USA Songwriting
competition judged by Universal, Sony Music, and Warner Records!

And in 2008 Psychedelic drops the 2nd release from Electro Illusion,
"Ancient River Of Fate"
which contains a blistering trance rendition of Pink Floyd’s
“Comfortably Numb” featuring the lead vocals of Brian
Harris and guest guitar solos by Glen Lynskey of GLTECHSTUDIOS.
Both releases will include a few tracks from established and up-and-coming
remixers as well.
